22-Mile HDD Installation in Dense Rock and Highway Corridor

Overview
B&H Construction completed a 22-mile horizontal directional drilling (HDD) installation through dense rock formations and an extremely tight highway right-of-way in Texas after the project transitioned from a mixed open-cut approach to a fully trenchless installation. Utilizing multiple HDD rigs, advanced rock-boring methods, and coordinated utility construction operations, B&H successfully installed critical underground pipeline infrastructure while maintaining active traffic flow and minimizing environmental impact. Through rapid mobilization and precision directional drilling execution, the project was completed safely, efficiently, and ahead of schedule in several segments despite challenging geological and logistical conditions.
